- We can take any order over the phone. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm MST, Mon-Sun. We can process credit card orders over the phone and can also take a certified check as payment. In order to pay with a certified check, we will only be able to hold the items you order for 7 business days until the check is received - any check that takes longer than 7 days to get to us will result in an order cancelation. As soon as we receive the certified check (example: Postal Money Order), your item(s) will be shipped.

Unfortunately, we can not process returns or exchanges for any items that are purchased while on sale. This is a strict policy of ours, and we are certainly sorry if this poses an inconvenience, but we must adhere to it.

- Absolutely! We will accomodate any Special Order request, subject to Manufacturer availability. Give us a ring at (970) 349-6664 and let us know what you're looking for. Special Order items will need a credit card as insurance to make the special order, and shipping both from the manufacturer and to you will apply.

- Your order will ship the same business day as it is received as long as it is received by 11am Mountain Standard Time. Any order receiced after 11am MST will ship the next business day. ALL ONLINE AND PHONE ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO INSTOCK AVAILABILITY ONLY.

Colorado FreeSkier uses FedEx as its main shipping carrier – this means we can only ship to a PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS. All shipping charges include: shipping, handling, and insurance for your parcel. We can also use the US Postal Service, but this method of shipping will undoubtedly take longer to get to you, and may be more expensive (if you would like us to use the US Postal Service, please place your over the phone as USPS shipping is not an option at checkout online).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for credit cards. We can also take a certified check that is mailed to us. If you are using a Certified Check as payment, please make sure that is made out to Colorado FreeSkier, and is shipped to the following address:

- What is your return/exchange policy? [Back to Top]
Returned item(s) will be credited to you only as IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY upon their receipt to Colorado FreeSkier. In order for a return to be credited, the item(s) must be in brand new condition (this means unused and unwashed) with its original packaging and labels intact.
An item that you would like to exchange needs to be in the same condition as is described in the Returned Item(s) sentence above. Exchanges are strictly subject to available in-stock inventory. All exchanges will need to be accompained by an original receipt/invoice from Colorado FreeSkier.

- Yes. All orders will be shipped with an itemized receipt of your order. (Note: in order to submit a return, you will need the ORIGINAL receipt from your order to accompany the returned item(s).)
